Terms of Service
Plain language, no traps. Read it in three minutes.
1. What you are buying
REXOH — the All-in-One AI Dropshipping Suite for WooCommerce — is a WordPress plugin licensed per website for one year. The licence includes updates and support for the licence term. The plugin continues to function after expiry; updates and support require renewal.
2. Plans and activations
Starter covers 1 website, Business 3 websites and Ultimate 15 websites. You may deactivate a site yourself at any time to move its seat to another site. Upgrading between plans costs only the difference.
3. Acceptable use
You are responsible for complying with the terms of the marketplaces you import from and with consumer-protection law in the markets you sell to, including how product reviews are displayed and how goods are described. REXOH ships with compliant defaults and does not override your obligations as the seller.
4. Refunds
Fourteen days from purchase, no questions asked. Reply to your purchase email and the refund is issued to the original payment method.
5. Licence enforcement
Keys are limited to the purchased number of sites. We may disable keys involved in fraud, chargebacks or redistribution of the plugin.
6. Third-party services
AI providers, AliExpress, Telegram and your payment processor are independent services governed by their own terms. REXOH connects to the ones you choose to enable; their availability, pricing and policies are outside our control.
7. Liability
The plugin is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the licence fee you paid. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
