What leaves your site, what does not, and how to make it stop.
1. What the plugin sends us
A licensed install contacts our licence server on activation and roughly weekly afterwards. It transmits four things: the licence key, the site URL, the plugin version and the WordPress version. Nothing else. No product data, no customer data, no order data, no analytics, no tracking pixels.
2. What never leaves your site
Your products, your images, your customers, your orders and your API keys stay in your own WordPress database. REXOH has no cloud component and no copy of your catalogue. This is the practical difference between a plugin you own and a SaaS you rent.
3. Services you choose to connect
If you enable an AI provider, product titles and specifications are sent to that provider to write the description. If you enable the AliExpress API, product IDs and — for fulfillment — the shipping address of the specific order are sent to AliExpress to place it. Each of those services has its own privacy policy, and each is off until you turn it on.
4. What this website stores
Purchase details needed to deliver and support the product: name, email and order history, processed through our payment provider. We do not sell data and we do not share it with advertisers.
5. Your rights
You may request a copy of your data or its deletion at any time. Deactivating a site removes its activation record immediately. Email support@rexohplugin.com and we act within 30 days.
