Before you write
Four fixes that solve most first-week questions.
Open REXOH AI → Settings and click Test AI beside the model field. It reports exactly what the provider answered. A red line naming your endpoint or key tells you which of the three fields to correct; a green line means the AI is working and the next import will use it.
That feature belongs to a higher plan. Click it — the screen explains what the feature does and what it costs to unlock. Upgrading is a payment of the difference and your key stays the same.
Settings → License. If the badge is not green, re-paste your key and click Activate. If you have moved sites, deactivate the old site first to free the seat.
A zero price almost always means the supplier is out of stock. The Import List flags those products in red and offers a one-click “Mark Out of Stock” so you never sell something you cannot buy.
